It's incredible how MatterApp has made teamwork even more enjoyable. As our team grows, I often don't have the time to thank everyone during general calls, and sometimes it's just not suitable. But thanks to MatterApp, I can always send rays of gratitude to all my colleagues! This feature is very appreciated and helps maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere in our team. Matter has improved our team's morale and brought our long-distance team together. We have 2 offices in in 2 different states as well as several team members who work remotely. Matter has helped keep our company culture alive over long distances by allowing others to be recognized for their efforts and informing the rest of the team about how awesome their co-workers are!
