What do you like best about Matter?

Encourages people to find something positive about their coworkers on a weekly basis, and facilitates conversation and culture outside of work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matter?

No major downsides come to mind. There is the potential for it to be abused if the company culture is extremely toxic, but that is not an issue with Matter itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Matter is encouraging employees to engage with each other and recognize each other's successes throughout the week, which leads to a stronger and more unified team. We also use it to easily collect survey info, which is a nice plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use and is a fun way to be able to recognize employees and share company successes in Slack. Very easy to setup and implement. Love that it integrated with Slack. Our team uses it on a regular if not daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Solve sleep everyone interactive and included in everything.
