Matter Pros and Cons

The idea behind it. One company I worked at we would do something similer with core value cards that were physically handed out but I like digital better! The different types of kudos and ability to cutomize it is very nice and the ease of use is simple for everyone to understand and master. It works seamlessly with our slack and google accounts. Super easy to setup and get started. Look forward to using it every friday and throughout the week. I do wish we would use the kudos rewards but am happy with the fact we have it for now. The only thing I don't like about Matter is our timeframe for use on Fridays. Most of our company is based on the East Coast - I'm in Arizona and the cut off for giving Matter coins is at noon for me.
