What do you like best about MASV?

I am a video producer. Five months in, MASV has been a dream to use. Lightning fast uploads, no complaints from clients. Reasonable cost, a company that cares about good outcomes for its clients, which helps me help my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MASV?

I have made quite a number of delivery blunders, because the way to use MASV is not as intuitive as I thought it was. All in all, I haven't really wasted much time doing it wrong, and clients have all gotten their deliveries, but still working out the right way to send my message while delivering. The delivery interface could be more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MASV solving and how is that benefiting you?

I produce digital media (audio and video). I started with Dropbox - but they trick my clients into thinking they need to subscribe to the service just to recieve files I send, so I ran away from that service. I made a Synology Cloud for delivery to replace Dropbox, but then my clients all complained of excruciatingly slow downloads. After some research, I learned that delivering large files actually needs some expensive infrastructure, and that pushed me into discovering MASV. Now I can upload and deliver large files quickly and they are easily and quickly downloaded by clients without issue. I like the pricing structure and think it is fair. What do you like best about MASV?

I know I'm getting the files there faster than traditional tools (such as Dropbox)—not even close.

And the interface is fantastic for people who aren't great with technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MASV?

My biggest struggle is getting clients to understand that paying for the service (a small amount) is very much of the time faster than a mail truck or overnight delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MASV solving and how is that benefiting you?

Three typical needs.

1. Some RAW media needs to be in my hands ASAP. The days are over for small files. I just got an audio BWF with 30+ channels and it was 60GB.

2. Color - I need the timeline in a post/mezzanine format. And its' going to be big.

3. Shifting between cloud storage. I don't want to have to download key files locally before going between AWS and Dropbox. Masv makes it easy to move assets at the cloud level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MASV?

This is quite simply the best file transfer service we've ever used and since we've been producing videos for more than 17 years we've tried a few....

What do you like best about MASV?

There's nothing difficult about MASV, it's quick and fast and simple to use. I don't have to deal with any complications with .zip's or nightmares of competitors software. I can create new portals for projects and split costs in seconds. Team is responsive to any issues or product requests! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MASV?

What do you dislike about MASV?

Small things - the user interface could be a little easier & have more useful tools but works fine as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MASV solving and how is that benefiting you?

There were some upload/download speed issues for a short while but those were quickly resolved. There were also some file integrity issues but we were using the website instead of the app and figured that out quickly thatthe app corrects this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
