We've been looking for a tool like this for a while! Masset makes sharing marketing and sales content across your organization so much simpler. It's very easy to use and configure to your liking. I especially love the version controling capabilities, which allow users to report when an asset is outdated or request change. I wish I could integrate the tool with some of our other systems like HubSpot or Asana, but I know that the team is already aware and is working on a solution. After struggling with clunky digital asset management systems that never quite fit our needs, Masset has been a game-changer for our team(s). Its intuitive design strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and functionality, making it effortless for everyone to adopt and use daily (and I mean daily). The platform’s recent AI enhancements make the time-consuming tasks like searching/finding assets much easier. The new public sharing feature will also become indispensable. It will allow us to securely collaborate with external partners/customers/prospects. No more chaotic email chains or version-control headaches.
What truly sets Masset apart is how it adapts to our workflow—flagging old content, requesting new materials, notification on change/update of assets, usage dashboard, content-level permissions, and many more features— let us tailor the experience for sales and marketing needs, while the AI-powered search function ensures no asset ever gets lost in the shuffle and the team can find what they need easily. And when we’ve needed support, Masset’s team has been exceptional. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help, whether solving a quick hiccup or brainstorming custom solutions.

Masset took us from a massive spreadsheet trying to track all our content into an organized, structured, and remarkably simple platform that solved a massive pain point for the content team. It has been adaptable to our growth, and my favorite part is that it's given our sales teams a specific place to go to get updated content. Having a central repository is huge, and solved the problem of "hey do we have anything for X?"
