Mangomint and their team have exceeded our expectations in every way. Their people are kind, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They have real people answering chat no matter the time of the day. When I have more detailed questions, the team is eager to get on a video meeting to discuss. The product is intuitive, tailored towards our business needs, and is constantly improving. In the short time we've been working with Mangomint, they've released Payroll and Email Marketing capabilities in their platform. Implementation is super easy. All of my experiences to date have been positive. There are a few capbilities I like to see added, such as selling Memberships online. However, these enhancement are on their roadmap. I like that it's so intuitive to use, both for the salon user and our clients. It's never fun having to train 20+ people to use a software or switch them over, but Mangomint definitely made it seamless. Moving over our info was so quick -- literally HOURS!
Jordan has been a dream to work with when it comes to on-boarding. I'm a very tech savvy person and I don't really need a ton of help when it comes to implementing a new software, so there wasn't a lot to do initially. Once we started prepping for a launch day, Jordan was able to answer my questions so quickly via email for me when we first started using it.
The team has been using it up a storm, and so have our clients, new and old! And adding our new front desk display was super simple too, and we already had an iPad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd say probably that everything wasn't included in the cost of the software. I get that with more items, we have more ask of the software, but I love having an all inclusive menu at my salon -- so I love it when pricing is that way. Just bundle it all and GIVE me all the goods haha!
Oh, I do wish that we were able to move over current appointments. I get that once we moved them over, it would be up to us to do so, but I wish that was one of the sets of data that were moved over.

My favorite part of using MangoMint is the ability to allow clients to look at appointments before creating an account. It is really lovely to be able to access tutorials and basic questions without being the account holder as well. The recent update for promo codes is incredibly helpful. I truly love using this software. Since working here, I have used four different software as well as some of my own practice and this is by far the best. As a first time owner of a single location salon, not having access to the API without the highest-tier plan feels like a significant missed opportunity. I can’t integrate tools that would improve my client experience and streamline operations, which limits my ability to grow and fully utilize Mangomint’s potential. Making the API accessible to smaller, one-location salons like mine would not only empower us to succeed but also showcase the value of Mangomint’s platform across all business sizes. The support is the best I've ever experieced. The product does so much and is constantly improving and adding features. It makes my life easier and maximizes my productivity and efficency. It is so easy to use and it works REALLY well. We have been able to expand and upgrade our systems and processes becaouse of Mangomints features and integrated features. It was so easy to deploy and implement that it immediately improved our business. I debated between Mangomint and another software originally because my now previous software just wasn't doing enough for me. After a horrible onboarding experience with the other company I went back to my trial with Mangomint and spoke with their team. Their team from the very first moment made it their mission to help me in every way they could. Making another transition super easy. They followed up with me throughout the process, patiently answering all my questions and were so knowledgeable about their product. Where as the other company always gave me "I don't know, let me send that to tech support" and never reached back out.
The software itself is phenomenal and well put together. It doesn't glitch, it runs smooth, everything makes sense.
Having flows and marketing built in with all the customizations will be a lifesaver for me most of all. I love the client facing end as well since many can be clunky and not easy for clients. There are some deeper more advanced customizations I'd like to see in the future but overall there's not really anything I dislike. I haven't came across anything that I was doing with multiple softwares that I can't do with just the one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mangomint has a clear and simple to follow design. This takes the stress out of scheduling, billing, and customer service. In just the past year they've made it simple to add products to be available for purchase in my clinic. Now they've even made it possible to connect to your payroll. The only downside to Mangomint in my opinion is the difference in layout from my mobile device to a computer. I do however understand that they need to condense in different ways for the screen size difference. Mangomint is so simple to use. It is logical and intuitive. The learning curve is short. I wish we had started with Mangomint form the beginning. I like that it is user friendly for admin and also the clients. One thing I like the most working on my own is the automated follow up reminders you can set up vs manually doing it yourself via text. I appreciate the fact its very user friendly and features can be turned on and off with ease. It very sleek, clear, easy to book and process clients.
