Mango has a lot of latency and implementation issues that are constantly being worked on. It takes a long time to fix issues when identified. In addition, once an issue was fixed, it would reoccur over and over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. We use Mango for time entry and billing. Our clients had had no issues thus far with the site either, which is nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mango provides me with a stable platform to maintain client/engagement time and expense and easily create detailed invoices that are required in my forensic accounting practice. The flexibility to set up engagements to meet my specific needs was a key factor along with creating activity codes to match my practice. I also have several bill rates that I work under depending on the year the engagement began and Mango allows me to bill different rates based on client / engagement. The User Support has been great for me to get issues (mainly my lack of knowledge on how something works) resolved and back on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is awful! They want you to use their chat room. BUT it takes hours to get an answer to a question. I was also told that they were also assisting other customers. If I wait in line, am I not the next person to be assisted? I need to wait while they assist someone else? They also don't have the answers to your questions. Shouldn't they be knowledgeable about the product which they are supposedly assisting customers?
The invoice formats need to be worked on. Do you really need to repeat the invoice total 4 times? You should be able to edit the invoice to suit your needs.
I read another review that said if you called the Sales Department, your call was answered immediately....but no one ever answers the Customer Support calls....they go to voicemail. This is true for me as well.

The secure client portal has streamlined gathering documents from clients, plus the ease of use for the secure upload option without a log-in is great for less tech-savvy clients. The KBA signature option for signing efile forms also worked great this tax season. On the rare occasion when I did have questions or issues, the response from tech support was same-day, which is extremely helpful during the height of tax season.
