Not sure. If at first it seemed intimidating, the helpful customer service was instrumental to make me feel more comfortable. But I haven't had that issue since I just keep scheduling training sessions with Mike and I get the information I need in his walk-through tutorials, so I'm fine. Managr is the future of PR. It's an essential part of the PR tech stack. The tool is extremely intuitive. I jumped right in and quickly found relevant articles. The summaries are super helpful, and with its pre-built prompts I easily found new journalists (and pitching tips). I also appreciate that it learns my writing style - which is helpful for generating new content like pitches and social media posts. The AI program does an amazing job of pulling together relevant news coverage for specific topics, even when you can't quite figure out how to phrase what you're looking for. Managr has taken the terrible manual process of CRM data entry and completely changed the game through the use of AI. Now I can take call notes directly in the manager slack window and it will fill in all of the relevant fields directly in Salesforce without me doing anything. Additionally, the ability to make bulk updates to opportunities through a simple chat window saves hours of time, and ensures everything up to date in our CRM. As if that wasn't enough, once the notes are pushed to SFDC, managr can generate an email for you based on the information taken from the notes of your call. Another massive time-saving feature.

The most helpful part of managr is the time it gives you back in your day as a sales rep to focus more time on closing business. Managr syncs with your calendar and updates you after every meeting so you remember to update SF and keep your entire organization in the loop with where a deal is and next steps. You can update directly in slack where most of us spend a lot of our days. You can also send meeting recaps to leadership in real time to save time communicating back and forth with leadership. The integrations/real-time updates and ability to update from slack are the most helpful aspects of managr to name a few.
Salesforce is great but can be an extremely time consuming tool to use when you have to enter data 1 entry at a time and then there are multiple validation issues. The best part of Managr for our team is streamlining the validation process. Instead of constantly refreshing SF to find sometimes up to 15,20 fields that need to be updated to close a deal and losing data every refresh is the way Managr streamlines it. With managr you can input each validation rule for each stage of your deal cycle. I cannot begin to express how HUGE this is for sales teams with complex SF instances. This easily saves me 1 hour every time I close win a deal. This is by far the best part of managr and why it is a must have for any sales organization! Managr is super helpful in ensuring salespeople & sales leadership don't forget to log their calls or keep pipelines up to date. Managr notifies you or your manager if you haven't taken care of the necessary documentation of what's been occurring in the sales interactions, ensuring sales activity is not missed. The ability to make updates real time to my opportunities, meetings, and conversations with prospects WITHOUT having to log into Salesforce has been a gamechanger for me. Truthfully, I don't have a dislike. As an AE, Managr has helped me make my admin duties way more efficient. The main challenge was I was the only AE on my team using the platfrom so I only had access to records that were in my name, and didn't have ability to add a contact to an account unless it was in my name, for example.
