What do you like best about ManageEngine Zoho Assist - Remote Support and Screen Sharing?

ManageEngine Zoho Assist is a great tool for providing remote assistance over internet. It has the capability to share the screen and thus helps the engineers to resolve the issues remotely. We have been using it for solving our day to day issues with regards to the software and utilities installed at our branch offices on a Pan India basis. It is easy to use. You can take the remote of your servers too for solving any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Zoho Assist - Remote Support and Screen Sharing?

There is nothing to dislike with ManageEngine Zoho Assist. It is a great platform that helps the system administrators to access, manage and control the PCs and servers for solving any issues. It has support for Windows as well as Mac OS. It can be integrated easily with Third Party platforms like Jira and ServiceNow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using ManageEngine Zoho Assist for solving our issues being faced with software and hardware at our branches. We take the PCs on remote and check if there are any updates that are pending, or if any software is getting crashed, or some settings that needs to be changed or debugging a printer issue and so on. From an organization's standpoint, incident and change management plays an important role in establishing a good relationship with our customers. ManageEnggine Zoho helps in speeding up the features of the Incident Management tool, which undertakes the business commitments. As part of my regular incident activities, I raise incidents, initiate change requests, add activity logs, mention SLA reports, etc. ManageEngine Zoho Assist helps me with advancing these processes with its impressive features.
