It aids in problem solving by automatically identifying missing and changed setup. The setup is easy to installed and support they are providing is also great, they are knowledgeable and very helpful for streamlining of this product in our environment. One thing I would like to mentioned which made me to dislike in this is that I found that there is been some compatibility issues when integrating configurations on some specific network device or third party system that could hinder with seamless operations of this tool.
