Even if there are many ready-to-use device and config templates on the product, it should be extended and enriched because many brands come out on the market and configuring their templates manually doesn't add much value to the product. One thing I would like to mentioned which made me to dislike in this is that I found that there is been some compatibility issues when integrating configurations on some specific network device or third party system that could hinder with seamless operations of this tool.
