ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus Pros and Cons

This tool is fantastic. We use multiple mobile devices as part of our hotel and point-of-sale systems. Tracking these devices was a challenge, restricting Apps and rolling out updates before we started using MDM. With MDM, the enrolment process is very straightforward, the app restriction works efficiently, and the roll-out of new versions is literally at the click of a button. The interface could be better optimized/streamlined, sometimes I find it laggy, while other applications(including other ManageEngine tools) housed on the same DB are much faster. Easy to use, intuitive, user-friendly interface, easy to configure, reliably secure, automation capacities, effective device management tool. It supports Android, Windows, and iOS. The cost is a little bit higher, sometimes it works slower. Working with MacOS and Linux is not simple, it cannot manage some mobiles e.g. Xiaomi and Huawei. It is cloud-based software therefore it depends on internet connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being new to using an MDM, I have to do quite a bit of reading to set up our profiles, understand some of the terminology, and locate the steps I need. I would love to have a wizard to walk me through setting up a practice device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus UI is very informative and functions is easy to setup and management, simple training to colleague and they can picking up the manage task in one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some mobile brands cannot be used like Xiaomi and HUAWEI, i think ManageEngine can be test and revamp to fit all of the mobile devices working smoothly in global. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked best about Manage Engine was the ease and accessibility to managing and inventorying all of my machines and mobile devices in one central location.
