It is very easy to manage iOS and Android devices without spending numerous hours with „playing and trying“. The ME MDM provides an incredibly friendly user interface in which you quickly build a functional and managed environment. ManageEngine MDM is nice how it works with our Apple Business account. Apple's interconnectivity with MDM is flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The online guides are a bit obsolete and do not correspond with the layout of Apple guides and Apple configuration applications. It would be good to update these videos from time to time. Other than that, I have not found anything I do not like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it auto-downloads an application that is not authorized or not available in authorized app inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to configure and easy to handle, administer it. Support is very helpful and always on... Chat support, phone and email also available through the app, or separated email. There are pre-sales, or demo trial support period to and demo sessions also available. So everything is available to a good start and a easy life with the product. In other hand the development is a continuity thing.. sooner or later all required functions and reports will be built in the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no sandboxing for applications, that would be good to somehow separate these like emailing and email attachment downloads. But the security side is covered with corp profileing and remote wipe, enrollment expiration, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Free is amazing, relatively cheap cost per device after that
The fact you get 25 for free, on the Pro plan is really something - I havent seen anyone else do that, and it works well.
Being able to create profiles is great as it allows us to have specific apps and shortcuts available to different people, so they dont get overwhelmed with things they dont need to use on a daily basis.
Good to be able to see all of the hardware specs easily as well, especially if we get users complain about usability for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to track devices for me is hit and miss. I think its due to the app not fully prompting to enable certain tracking features in Android. Thus at the moment I have a few devices out there somewhere, not updated in months, and no way for me to know where they are. If they implemented something like what.3.words for location, that could well really help if could based on last tracked location (for those where it is enabled).
The interface can certainly get some getting used to, and some features seem to be in less obvious places, so you end up going to and from places a lot, but you get used to it. For the free, or cheap licence, its something I dont do that often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
