ManageEngine ADManager Plus has been a game-changer for our organization's Active Directory management. As an security administrator, we appreciate its straightforward interface and powerful feature set that simplifies managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
One of the best features is its simple web-based dashboard, which allows us to perform various AD tasks effortlessly. Creating, modifying, or deleting user accounts and groups is a breeze, and the bulk import/export option saves us valuable time during onboarding and offboarding processes.

Certain updates have led to compatibility issues in our Active Directory environment, necessitating us to contact customer support for assistance. However, the resolution process may take some time to address the problem effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ADManager Plus has a great user interface and dashboard. We have created custom templates for various account purposes such as an Employee, Service Account, and External Vendor, all with their different requirements in order to create AD accounts correctly and consistently with custom rules. based on Office sites or other requirements. The workflow process is extremely handy for us when we are disabling a former employee account, ensuring account de-provisioning is done correctly. ADManager automation capabilities has considerably reduced the ServiceDesk's time on repetitive tasks. We are looking forward on implementing the UKG integration in the next few months to improve our process with HR on Onboarding and deprovisioning users. The integration with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus is a great benefit for us as well. Their continuous improvement, integration with Azure AD, and the ability to use an Azure SQL Managed Instance instead now even of a local Postgres Database shows their dedication in constantly improving on the product. ADManager Plus is fantastic. What I love the most is that it is super customizeable. The product grows with new features and additional options all the time. It's perfect for a HelpDesk user for resetting passwords, but powerfull enough for Admin to do bulk changes, imports, and account management. I'm not a huge fan of the AD360 integration if you have other ManageEngine products. For me, it feels clunky navigating between the other products, like ADAudit. Some of the categories on the toolbar aren't as self explanitory, but once you get past the learning curve, it's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can manage every aspect of my Active Directory environment from inside ADManager Plus without having to worry about my admins logging into the server. ADManager Plus also tracks every change made. I can restrict access to my AD environment, letting ADManager Plus handle all writes to AD, and see the activity that has been performed by my admins inside of the ADManager logs. The upgrade process is still very manual. I have had a couple of occasions where there has been an error during the upgrade and I've had to restore the entire service from backups due to an inability to complete the upgrade. The primary reason we love ADManager Plus in education is the automation of account creation and maintenance. In an educational environment, the number of user accounts varies almost daily. An application that works with exports from our SIS (student information system) is vital to our success. Account moves, account creation, account removal, and account creation tracking are the best parts of the application. Everything else the software can do is a bonus. El nivel de seguriad que tienen al moento de realizar el Login teneindo el captcha y el MFA da una seguriad muy buena, ademas la personalizacion de las plantillas para la creacion de usuario por medio de su Workflow es muy buena y facilita el trabajo haceiendo que las credenciales de las cuantas creadas.
