The platform offers a user-friendly interface that allows us to effortlessly create and manage personalized email signatures. Through the integration of campaign management and tracking features, we have significantly improved our email campaigns and can now analyze the success of each email in great detail. Currently, it is unfortunately not yet possible to include the signature in automatic replies, and there is also no solution for resource mailboxes, but that is probably also due to Microsoft. ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally use Mailtastic for my business and recommend it to all of my clients in my role as an agency director and consultant. In addition to social media and other tools, the email signature is the most powerful 'Digital Point-Of-Sale' marketing tool we have available today. Mailtastic understands and has perfected this. Hard to trust the frontend of the website as it is really buggy and refershes on its own a lot.

Campaigns are easy to set up but not to fine tune. In my experience, you need manually turn them off even though they were time-based.

Syncronisation is awful if you are not actively managing all your users within one system such as Office 365.

Syncrhonistaion becomes worse once you have different OS in your org. because the mailtastic app works worse on Macs and is prone to bugs. In general, my teammates had various issues across various devices, as those were sales, you would not want to such things to happen that often.

Easy adjustable back-end with excellent and fast customer support. The system itself is easy to integrate in existing company software environments. There is always quick feedback or a solution to the problem, several people can be trained comprehensively and the tool is also very self-explanatory. In addition, the interface is easy to use and the cost-benefit ratio is appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
