What do you like best about MailsDaddy MBOX to PST Converter?

Within minutes, I converted 62 mailboxes from MBOX to PST, including attachments. When I looked at the software during the migration process, I found that I could migrate from 20+ email clients to PST, including Thunderbird to PST, Mac to PST, Zoho to PST, etc. I can also switch from MBOX to PST, EML, MSG, RTF, HTML, and other formats. What do you like best about MailsDaddy MBOX to PST Converter?

What do you dislike about MailsDaddy MBOX to PST Converter?

It was running for 3 1/2 weeks to upload 42 mailboxes to Microsoft. It never finished. There's no progress indicator. I've uploaded the entire 110 (including the 42 Mailsdaddy was processing) manually, and it was still chugging along. No support whatsoever. I paid $599 for the Enterprise license (100 mailboxes), and the product says "Personal license." There was no response from their sales department on this one.
