The awesome feature about this service is that the dashboard helps us to see whatever data we may need from analytics or debugging. We never had any trouble keeping Mailgun up and working for ventures. It's to the level where several product choices with different features or use cases are available. One factor I take into account is that if you compete with the other options available in the market, the expense of the paying levels is expensive. I've noticed some spam filter issues, particularly with the Hotmail account. Often their antivirus and anti-malware steps don’t function. And one more thing that made me uncomfortable is that only 30 days of delivery reports are stored and there is no CSV update or downloading options for delivery schedule. We can know exactly and at all times what is happening within our email chains.
