Automating transactional emails sent from within an application. It allows me to no longer maintain a local mail server myself and easily send it with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailgun?

Very intuitive interface for setup. Once everything is up and running you can easily monitor performance, tweak settings or drill down to necessary details. Ideal for programmers needing a gateway for email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailgun?

The technical documentation can be challenging ... but that's because it goes into depth and does alot (plus I'm not a fan of technical documentation generally!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailgun solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using it for email relay but also parsing incoming mail for recording against appropriate records. Additionally, we're firing auto-responders and confirmation emails through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the instructions/manuals could be more fleshed out. A wizard to take care of DNS entries for domains that integrated with major registrars would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
