Personally, these are the things I like most about Maildoso:

1) The ease with which we can create domains and mailboxes in bulk, in just a couple of clicks.

2) Also, it allows me to export mailboxes in a CSV to then connect them to our Cold Email Provider in a very easy and simple way.

3) And finally, the master inbox to manage all our emails in a single master inbox. From here we can read and respond to all incoming emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot connect these domains to other services because we are not allowed to configure DNS. It is limited to connecting it only to certain tools.

And finally, the master inbox that is assigned to us is with a domain that has the name "Maildoso", it would be great to be able to customize the master inbox with a main domain that we have from another source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its simplicity. We all know setting up the backend on email is a foreign language for so many but Maildoso makes it so easy. Within 10-15 minutes you can have brand new look-alike domains and 10+ mailboxes setup. Plus the IP rotation? CLUTCH. The setup process is incredibly straightforward and intuitive. Pairing it with Instantly for cold emailing was seamless, and the automation features save a tremendous amount of time. Yes, it's VERY easy to set up, but the best thing is that your reputation is constantly being checked and maildoso informs you exactly which inbox is performing well and which one isn't. A bit biased as I run an agency so I'd like more UI/UX features to help with managing client domains, maybe a folders section, a section to manage billing, dark mode would be cool since I'm a night owl etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maildoso has proven to be an excellent tool for email marketing and domain management in my company. The user-friendliness of this product is impressive; it can be set up effortlessly within a few minutes, even without prior technical knowledge. Firstly, maildoso enables us to improve our deliverability so that our emails land in our prospects' mailboxes. Secondly, this service saves us an enormous amount of time: no need to set DNS parameters, everything is done automatically. Domain names must be purchased on maildoso. In other words, domain names purchased elsewhere cannot be migrated to maildoso.

Not a great UI, very confusing at first and takes a while to get a sense of how to set everything up. The videos can be hard to find, but once found do a decent job of walking you through each feature. Would be better if screens and dashboards were more self-explanatory. I was looking for a platform to buy bulk domains, and Maildoso was a breeze. Everything, from the demo to checkout, was seamless. Most other competitors offer the option of creating only two inboxes per domain. With Maildoso, you can create four mailboxes for each domain.
