**What do you like best about maildoso?**

We switched from Inboxkit to Maildoso after another agency recommended it to us. During the first month, after warmup, our reply rates were around 1.5x-2x higher than what we were normally seeing before. What surprised me most is the stability after that initial period.

At one point some mailboxes burned, so we paused campaigns for about 2 weeks. After restarting, performance actually improved instead of getting worse. Since then, the infrastructure has been running very consistently for us without needing constant maintenance or rebuilding inboxes every other week.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

The beginning was a little stressful because a few mailboxes burned during the first month, and we weren’t sure if we would have to repeat the whole setup process again. The dashboard could also be a bit clearer in some sections.

Before this, managing outreach infrastructure felt like a nonstop cycle of creating inboxes, warming them up, replacing them, and setting everything up again. Maildoso reduced a lot of that manual maintenance for our team. At this point, we barely even check the dashboard anymore because things have been running pretty steadily for the last couple months.

What I like most is that we can manage different sending environments without creating extra work for the team. Over the last 4 months, we've scaled from 12 to 38 active mailboxes and the process has been fairly smooth.

There are a few sections where I wish there were more explanations for newer users. We figured things out after a while, but some features could be easier to understand on day one.

**What do you like best about maildoso?**

The service is incredibly fast. Tasks that used to take me 2-3 days of manual setup now take just 10 min. I’ve tried other providers and tested both GW/MS365 accounts, but they also took 3 days to get ready. Maildoso massively speeds up our onboarding for new clients. And with their API/MCP, I don’t even need to log in to the dashboard – I can just add maildoso directly to our ai system. Pricing is fine, either at the market average or lower.

**What do you dislike about maildoso?**

Deliverability can be unstable during the first 3-5 days after the launch. My recommendation is to wait 2 weeks minimum – that gives the mailboxes enough time to build up a strong reputation, so they’ll be active for a long time (up to 6 months).

We’ve accelerated and simplified campaign launches for all new clients, thanks to MCP and rapid mailbox registration. Now it takes minutes, not days as before.

We’ve scaled up to roughly 300 SMTP inboxes using Maildoso and the cost difference compared to our previous setup became noticeable pretty quickly. We also integrated their API into part of our internal workflow so mailbox creation and basic monitoring happen automatically now instead of someone doing it manually every week. For teams handling larger outbound volume, that time savings adds up fast.

Domain pricing is reasonable overall, but at our scale even small differences add up over time. I wouldn’t complain if domain costs were slightly lower.

I was a bit skeptical at first honestly. Tried a few tools before this and kept running into deliverability issues. With Maildoso it's been a different story been using it for 8 months and my emails are hitting the primary inbox pretty much every time. Getting started was way easier than I expected too, everything just kind of worked without me having to figure out a bunch of technical stuff. And for what you're paying, it's genuinely good value.

The support team is helpful but they're not always the fastest to get back to you. Had a couple of moments where I was waiting on a reply longer than I'd have liked. Not a huge deal but something they could tighten up.

Cold outreach only works if your emails actually get seen. That was the problem I kept hitting before — good copy, bad placement. Maildoso fixed that for me. I don't really think about deliverability as a problem anymore, which says a lot.

Honestly didn't expect it to be this straightforward when I first signed up. Got my domains and mailboxes running pretty quickly without having to mess around with DNS settings myself. Seven months in and deliverability has been really consistent emails are landing where they should, which is all I really care about at the end of the day. Pricing is fair too, especially compared to some of the other options I looked at before settling on this.

I was really impressed with the performance of the SMTP mailboxes on Maildoso. In our tests with 10 SMTP mailboxes versus 10 Google Workspace accounts, the SMTP consistently delivered better results while being more cost-effective. I also appreciate the flexibility that Maildoso provides; being able to test different mailbox options on the same platform made it easy for us to compare and determine the best setup for our campaigns. The initial setup was fairly straightforward too.

The platform took a little time to learn in the beginning, especially while comparing different mailbox options. Once we got familiar with it, things became easier, but some areas could be more straightforward for new users. I appreciate Maildoso's overall stability of the infrastructure which has made our campaigns run consistently over time. We no longer worry about the system randomly breaking and having to rebuild everything. The onboarding flow feels smoother, and their support for Google Workspace and the API has made it easier for our team to manage campaigns without dealing with technical issues. The platform felt more stable compared to our previous experience. They also added new features like monthly plans and better integrations, which helped us manage outreach at scale. Our reply rates have improved, been better at around 5% lately, and I don’t constantly worry about the system randomly breaking anymore.

The experience is definitely better now compared to 2025, but I still think communication during issues could improve a little more. During the earlier blacklist period there was a lot of uncertainty on our side. I think faster updates during incidents would help a lot, even if there isn't a full solution yet. During the blacklist period last year (2025), the hardest part for us was not really knowing how long things would take or what the next steps were. More proactive communication inside the dashboard or through email/slack would probably make situations like that feel less stressful for customers managing active campaigns.

I like using Maildoso for managing cold email campaigns because it simplifies handling a large number of inboxes and dealing with replies without the hassle of manual setup. The automated DNS settings are great since our domains last 2 or 3 times longer, which addresses domains burnout. I have 80 active mailboxes that send about 17-20 emails each, totaling around 30,000 emails a month, and our placement rates are strong, close to 95% on testing. It's also nice that they push updates often, showing that they are actively improving things instead of just leaving it as is. Setting up Maildoso was pretty smooth compared to our previous more manual setup. Overall, I'm extremely likely to recommend Maildoso.

I had a hiccup with a non US credit card not going through. But we resolved it eventually.

The setup process is genuinely painless. I remember thinking it would take a while to get everything configured but I was up and running faster than expected. Deliverability has stayed strong throughout. I do cold email outreach and landing in the primary inbox consistently is what keeps me on this tool. Pricing also feels right, not overpriced for what it does.

I find the global customer tracking really helpful because it prevents hitting spam filters even when including links in the first email, which is great for scheduling demo calls early. Our reply rate is around 3-5% in a competitive B2B SaaS niche, and the API integration with Instantly was seamless, connecting mailboxes with just one click. I also appreciate the savings on domain registration, which is just $12 for a .com, and there’s no need to stress over manually writing MX and SPF records. The initial setup was pretty smooth as well.

There were a couple of delays with activating new workspace accounts. The site said 2 hours but it actually took until the end of the day. Their response rate needs to be improved.

The transition of moving 120 mailboxes was smooth, with no breakage. What stands out to me is not having to manually set up DNS for every domain, as it's automated, saving a lot of time. This automation allows us to spin up new domains faster. Additionally, the pricing is noticeably cheaper than our previous provider, and the initial setup was straightforward.

Support can sometimes make you nervous. I messaged the chat on the site and waited about four hours for a reply which was annoying. Managing outreach for four different client portfolios, it's a huge relief to have the system monitor the health for me. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty smooth and straightforward.

I'd like to see more detailed logs on SMTP connection errors. Right now it's basic, so you still have to guess sometimes.

I love that the onboarding flow with Maildoso was easy. I registered 15 domains and had 75 mailboxes running by lunch. I also appreciate that deliverability to corporate inboxes is actually hitting the primary folder about 80% of the time, according to our testers. The initial setup was pretty easy overall.

The checkout page felt a bit clunky with my company card. Had to try twice to get it to authorize. The checkout process could be smoother, especially for business cards as it sometimes takes an extra try.

I really appreciate the 1 workspace = 1 domain setup in maildoso. It allows us to run multiple domains and mailboxes in an isolated way, which means if one domain has an issue, it doesn't affect everything else. This isolation is particularly valuable compared to the normal Google admin console that might nuke your entire fleet if something goes wrong. Additionally, the pricing is much better for our margins, and the initial setup was smooth.

The support doesn't work. They don't even care who is seeking the support. What they do is they just sell the product and they're gone. I've been trying to reach them for around a month with some problems, but it seems like everything they have done is selling their product, not their service.

Support is really good and there is a really good community. This helps a lot with doubts, and best practices.
On the other hand there was a big issue with blacklisted emails but they solved it quite good and the solution they gave was useful for us. I really apprecaite the honesty on their communications

Invoicing and billing is quite confusing when working as an agency. I have several clients and accounts so it is difficult to me to understand how much it cost for each of my clients.
