I reached out to magicpay because my POS system requires special integration and I saw on their website that they advertise they can integrate to POS systems. I spoke to a representative who was very knowledgeable and super understanding and right away told me what I needed. I was skeptical at first since I have been looking for a merchant account before that can connect to my software, but previous providers at the end were not able to assist. To my surprise, I have received a fully programmed PIN pad, all I had to do was plug it into the ethernet and power cord and it was ready and connected to my POS software. Coming to MagicPay from another provider has made me skeptical about the industry in general. After having a conversation with one of the representatives at the firm I was impressed with the knowledge about the industry, unlike other reps, at MagicPay they knew the answers to every single one of my questions and were very patient.
