Coming to MagicPay from another provider has made me skeptical about the industry in general. After having a conversation with one of the representatives at the firm I was impressed with the knowledge about the industry, unlike other reps, at MagicPay they knew the answers to every single one of my questions and were very patient. I reached out to magicpay because my POS system requires special integration and I saw on their website that they advertise they can integrate to POS systems. I spoke to a representative who was very knowledgeable and super understanding and right away told me what I needed. I was skeptical at first since I have been looking for a merchant account before that can connect to my software, but previous providers at the end were not able to assist. To my surprise, I have received a fully programmed PIN pad, all I had to do was plug it into the ethernet and power cord and it was ready and connected to my POS software.
