What I like the most is that I can have everything organized in one place and since the Magaya system is integrated into logistics, besides this, I like how it generates the bill of lading documents and regarding the billing processes, I consider it excellent. The plethora of information we can input, retrieve as well as the new (custom) fields we can add. There is a particular process we have for our major client, which was 100% customized by us.

The integration with other systems as well as the lack of customizable reports. We usually have to request for customizations, which are all paid.
Even though there is a tutorial about customizing tampleates/labels and the configuration of the WMS, the system/device it's not user friendly and almost impossible to do that by ourselves, which makes us ask for (paid) customization.
