**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

The system stands out for its excellent ease of integration, which allows for secure accounting entries and minimizes errors. It has a high number of functions, among which a robust traceability system stands out, helping companies monitor their products in real time, providing security to users. This feature is essential, as the system is used daily and provides us with key data to verify loads at the required times. Additionally, its ease of use and simple implementation in other phases of the operation are notable aspects, as they facilitate interaction with other companies in the logistics sector and help enhance overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

Given that we use the system daily and it is essential for verifying loads and maintaining operations, any interruption demands an immediate response. If incident resolution is delayed, it can negatively affect logistical times, which are critical for us. Therefore, we consider it essential that the support team expedite their response times, so they are in tune with the high efficiency already offered by the platform's functions.

**What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main current challenge is managing the integration with certain specific third-party software platforms that we use for financial management or e-commerce. Although Magaya offers good general Integration Facility, some specific connections require manual effort or intermediate steps.

**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

I like how Magaya Supply Chain streamlines processes, especially in the documentation part. It helps me be aware of the volume I have in my warehouse and produce documentation easily; I just have to input data, and it does it all for me. It saves me a bunch of time, particularly making formats for AWBs or BLs, which would be a hassle otherwise. For my warehouse management, I can just create a report, and it tells me how many packages I have—it's pretty straightforward. The setup was also pretty easy, with the setup call being easy and the installation very fast.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

Sometimes, I feel that the system does not automate certain things in the way a system would probably do. Things like printing a document or labels require too many clicks which requires some more time investment. It is manageable but could be better. Just make things more intuitive, add a print label button, or allow some keyboard automations.

**What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Magaya Supply Chain to manage warehouse operations and streamline outgoing shipments. It helps me be aware of warehouse volume and simplifies documentation by automating format creation for AWBs and BLs, saving me time.

**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

I use Magaya Supply Chain as a main tool for registering packages, creating ocean and air shipments, and handling documentation. It's really easy to use, and it helps us stay organized by letting us track every package from the moment we receive it until it's shipped overseas. I like how you can upload photos and include all information for every package. This system is great for tracking each package, and customers can see the status and appearance of their packages, thanks to the photographs. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

Sometimes the system freezes the screen, depending on how many users are in the system at any specific moment, so I have to reset the computer for Magaya to continue to work.

**What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Magaya Supply Chain to organize and track shipments, create ocean and air shipments, and manage documentation. It helps us stay organized and allows us to track packages from receipt to shipping overseas. I like uploading photos and entering detailed information for each package, improving customer transparency.

Magaya provides a very useful platform for managing logistics, freight forwarding, and warehouse operations. It brings key functions together in a single interface, which cuts down on the need to rely on multiple tools. After you get familiar with it, the workflow feels efficient and makes it easier to maintain clear visibility into cargo movements and customer updates. I also appreciate the frequent updates, along with the responsiveness of their customer support team, who are usually quick to help and resolve issues.

The biggest drawbacks for me are the learning curve and the somewhat dated user interface. On top of that, performance can slow down when I’m working with large data sets or when multiple users access the system at the same time.

It helps me efficiently keep track of cargo, manage customer orders, and monitor shipments throughout their journey. One of the most useful features is being able to file for AES ITN numbers directly through the platform, which saves time and lowers the risk of mistakes compared with doing it manually. Overall, it improves visibility, supports compliance, and keeps operations running smoothly without needing to switch between multiple systems.

**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

The implementation was a breeze and customer support was there when needed. Our warehouse use it on a daily basis, there are no complaints from the clerks, they find it easy to use and very intuitive. The operation side runs smooth as well, the many features it has helps a lot with the logistics process and keeps the customer informed of where is the cargo at and what is happening with it. We did an integration with a propietary system and again customer support did a great job keeping us updated on the timeframes and deployment.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

Only downside I see is the need to install the communication software on your computer, it is not a big deal, but may need to be installed by networks administratos depending on the security level of your network. I think they have plans to move it web based, which will be the only thing missing.

**What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a GREAT WMS, in the end that is the base of all the shipments, if you have a strong foundation you can do everything else with relatively ease. We use it for marine shipments, in and out, inventory control and billing.

I think it’s a very good tool for keeping control of inventory, and for tracking where products are located across different warehouses.

Magaya is helping me solve inventory and location problems. Since we work with various locations and keep the same products in different places, it helps us stay organized and maintain better control.

**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

I really appreciate how Magaya Supply Chain manages cargo from the warehouse to the shipment, efficiently controlling inventory and giving our customers access to Magaya live tracking. This means they can see their cargo, warehouse receipts, and shipments easily. Additionally, our customers benefit from accessing detailed information about their cargo and shipment details online without needing to install anything. Magaya Life Track allows them to check shipment status, previous invoices, and even pictures of the cargo while on the go, which is incredibly helpful. This level of access and transparency indeed helps my customers a lot, and when it helps them, it helps me too. Another great aspect is the ease of setup with Magaya Supply Chain. Once everyone in the company is on board (pricing, commercial, operations, and finance), it's straightforward for new employees to integrate and work normally, typically within a month.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

The document templates are not that good, requiring several adjustments that are expensive to get done by Magaya. There are several bugs that Magaya either doesn't fix, doesn't know how to fix, or doesn't care to fix, which I find very annoying. Some bugs don't make sense, and it's hard to escalate these issues with Magaya. Their customer support is good for minor problems but not for significant issues or bugs. They even created a platform where users can suggest improvements, but that is a total waste of time for Magaya Supply Chain, because it is based on other users' votes, and suggestions from Magaya Supply Chain users are not shown to other users or taken into consideration by the Magaya team, so they just made me waste my time on this platform. Additionally, they don't have a good way to control shipments. I can't see the details of every shipment I have, which is frustrating. A dashboard feature is lacking, which would be amazing and essential because its absence breaks my productivity and that of my entire team.

I use Magaya Supply Chain to manage import and export documents, control shipments, and oversee costs and expenses. It also helps with cargo tracking, letting customers see shipment details online without installing anything.

I like that Magaya Supply Chain creates documents with all the information entered into the system for different documents like releases, delivery orders, and arrival notices. This feature helps us avoid manual data entry across multiple documents, reducing errors and ensuring consistency in all paperwork. Additionally, the system is more interactive and the initial setup was really easy. These aspects make it valuable alongside the principal reason we switched - the price.

I don't like that the charges sometimes show up differently in files compared to quotes. Keeping the same structure without changing the list would improve this issue.

I really like how Magaya Supply Chain allows me to have complete control over all my shipments and obtain real-time information, which is crucial to staying updated in the logistics industry. I appreciate how the system is designed to store all the information in one place, eliminating the need to handle multiple physical folders, which significantly improves the organization and efficiency of my workflow. I especially value that I can manage all the functions of my company from a single site; this helps save time and resources, which are very important in my field. Additionally, I find that the platform is easy to use and user-friendly, which facilitates its daily use. Moreover, having support staff, even though it is not always necessary, provides additional comfort for any possible inconvenience.

Many times it takes a little time to generate reports, especially when the number of shipments is large.

**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

I like using the Magaya Supply Chain system for various reasons. I value the Flow WMS for task management, as it facilitates efficient warehouse operations management. I also appreciate the inventory control it offers, along with its accessible and convenient interface for our clients. We implemented Magaya from the start, and I admire the speed of its implementation and how intuitive the initial setup is, making it relatively easy for any type of user. Additionally, I like that it covers all our needs as a third-party logistics provider (3PL), eliminating the need to integrate it with other systems, which demonstrates its breadth and effectiveness. The functionality to manage our warehouse from a single software, along with arrival notifications, is extremely practical. Without a doubt, it is a great tool that I am very willing to recommend to my colleagues.

Constant training

**What problems is Magaya Supply Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Magaya Supply Chain to control all warehouse inventory, entries, exits, and billing. It allows me to manage everything from a single software with arrival notifications, and the interface is ideal for inventory control and tasks like 3PL, which covers all my needs.

**What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?**

The presentation is very friendly, and it is easy to follow steps to complete every task.
I like that it is very well organized to show information, it has the benefit to have online links to show information to third parties or external customers without the problem to compromise information.   It is a daily system for logistics area.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

It presents too many failures, it is very frequent to have issues with performance, and it constantly needs maintenance and still has some glitches that can cause troubles in a daily use.  For example, if an amount value has the currency symbol or a comma then the system will not recognize the number and will erase it or round it to the part before the comma. For example, a number as $18,525.28 then it will erase it due the dollar system, then if you put 18,525.28 then the amount will be rounded to 18.  Besides so, it does not allow the feature to "Drag and upload" but my major complaint is that Magaya does not track detailed the changes done in a file (name of user, the change done and the most accurate time of the change) .

It is very beneficial to have the online view interphase for our final customers since they are able to see documents and images that save time and resolve the real time information updates.

What I value most about Magaya Supply Chain is its ease of use in daily operations, combined with the wide range of features it offers. The platform is designed very intuitively, which reduces the learning curve for the team and streamlines the management of logistical workflows. Additionally, the ease of integration is a significant advantage, as it allows the platform to connect seamlessly with other internal and external systems, such as accounting software or tracking platforms, creating a truly connected and efficient supply chain ecosystem for high frequency of use.

While the overall functionality is very solid, one area that could improve is Customer Support during times of high demand or for very specific issues, where sometimes the response can take longer than desired for a critical system. Related to this, the Ease of initial implementation, although manageable, could be simpler and faster, especially for companies with complex data structures or that require a large migration of information. The platform is user-friendly and offers a well-organized structure across its various modules. I also appreciate the excellent editing tool available for templates.

The pricing model, which charges for each additional workstation at $300 to $450, feels too expensive. In the current political climate, with aggressive tariffs and the high operational costs brought on by the current US administration, the top three expenses in freight forwarding are rent, salaries, and cargo software. While it's nearly impossible to reduce rent or salaries without drastically changing our operations and sacrificing convenience, this leaves software as the only area where we can make adjustments if we want to survive and grow. ( And that means leaving Magaya for some other more inexpensive software) Additionally, the login process is cumbersome and wastes time. With a limited number of licenses, it's easy for users to accidentally open the login window multiple times, which uses up available connections. This often forces either the users themselves or the IT staff to go from workstation to workstation throughout the office or warehouse to find out who is occupying the extra licenses. Ideally, each station should only open one license and clearly display how many licenses remain.

The software has given us complete control over our Air and Ocean operations. We have no major complaints in that regard.

I stand by my previous comments.  Our business requires a WMS with more advanced capabilities than Magaya can provide.  We've spent over two years and significant investment trying to make Magaya work for us and we have determined that it simply is not sophisticated enough to make out warehouse more efficient.  I believe this is because it is built for a simplier distribution model than our company's.

What I highlight most about the platform is how user-friendly it is; it is not complicated to understand or use, as its design is very intuitive. It facilitates the generation of any report or format needed according to the company's sector. In my experience, it has been especially accessible for creating quotes and allows for good customization.

When there is an interruption in the internet connection while you are working on a task, such as a quotation, all the information you had already entered is completely lost. This forces you to re-enter all the data from the beginning.

In our case, one of our divisions uses another software for inventory management and route generation, called TMW. I believe that integration with Magaya is neither viable nor compatible. Additionally, using two different programs implies a high cost in licenses.

Magaya has a good number of features. We have a very specific operation, with several particularities and the system remains effective and reliable. As customers, we have a good support and assistance when we have a question, problem, commercial need or when we are simply looking for new ways to improve our operation. Additionally, it is a system that we use daily because it covers basically all needs of a freight forwarding company.

**What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?**

Integrating Magaya with other systems has presented some challenges, particularly in data extraction and API connectivity. The performance can be slow with a growing database, and the use of SOAP adds complexity (they are using API rest for new customers).

Implementation required more effort than expected, which impacted our initial timeline. Since go-live, system stability has improved, though sometimes we still face occasional access or performance issues. 

Certain process controls could be enhanced to reduce or avoid operational errors during the shipping workflow. In some cases, users are able to perform actions out of sequence or bypass key steps, which can lead to inconsistencies or delays. Stricter validations, required fields, and permission-based restrictions within Magaya would help ensure that processes are followed correctly from end to end, minimizing the risk of human error and improving overall efficiency.

It provides us a way to maintain all of our operational needs. Bringing technology, efficiency, and reliability to the business. We have covered, inventory management, order fulfillment, packaging, and freight forwarding.
