One of the issues I've had with Magaya includes small technical problems such as poor network and server compatibility. This not only causes issues for myself, the company, but also our precious customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.


It is a very simple and user-friendly system that integrates the entire supply chain. I like the ease of generating inventory reports, generating the BL, and it is excellent for the process of settlement and billing of shipments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Magaya has a good number of features. We have a very specific operation, with several particularities and the system remains effective and reliable. As customers, we have a good support and assistance when we have a question, problem, commercial need or when we are simply looking for new ways to improve our operation. Terrible to integrate to other systems. It is really hard and slow to collect data from Magaya. The filter sometimes takes very long to load (since our database is growing), and the API is quite hard to connect. A live copy of database would make data extration much simpler. We also had problems with API documentation and its type (Soap).
The payment model is something we dislike as well. It could have more flexibility to remove a user. It is natural in a business to have a pick of demand (when more users are necessary). The implementation was hard in our case as well. We were not expecting it to be easy, but we couldn't follow the planned schedule. It demanded much more effort and investiment than expected.
We have experienced a lot of user problems since implementation (2 years ago). It has improved a lot since then, but we still have users with problems to connect, server issues and bugs. The system is some processes cannot block specific actions from users (that will always be creative enough to do not follow process, make mistakes, etc). We have had several adaptations to run the business finantial part (Brazil) in Magaya. It is one of the weekests Magaya points for us.
Magaya's dashboard should be improved. Not only to see how the business is going, but to help leaders to control their operation. Sometimes is quite hard to have a problems overview to act in order to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
