Magaya Supply Chain has most of the things any freight forwarder might want in a operational scope, which works pretty well on a day to day basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the strategic side of things, Magaya isnt very easy to integrate to other softwares, what makes it hard to align with objectives and specially, makes it hard to include on live, complex data analysis. Also customer support isnt the greatest since is pretty hard to get in contact with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The warehouse management module has significantly improved our receiving process. The real-time inventory updates are also invaluable for managing stocks. Magaya Supply Chain requires controls in place, like mandatory fields for a process flow control. Today`s supply chain workers need daily tasks visisbility on next steps for each shipment to avoid missing steps , data entry, complaince on the process. the ease of everything being explained and being able to be used by anyone, even if they are new to the world of logistics. I can personally say that I have had to explain the program to many new people at the company where I work, ANDES Logistics, and after I explain it to them, the people tell me that they understood it very well.
