What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

Magaya it's in my opinion one of the best software for logistics around, it's easy to use and to understand. Also I picked Magaya as logistic software because their customer service is the best, meaning you have a doubt you can just call and somebody will answer within seconds...they don't have those annoying recording it's like a direct line, at the beginning, when I didn't know how to use the software I think I called them 10 times a week :D Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

I love how everything is one place! I only have to be in one app in order to track on websites and submit my export documentation to them as well! Our training sessions helped greatly and our customer representative was extremely usefully in walking us through step by step in order to understand the process. We use this system daily for import and export shipments. It is much easier to be able to implement charges into the program and them seamlessy move over into our Quickbooks. What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?

I dislike that it takes several steps in order to open a container. I would much rather be able to just type container number, seal number, and size rather that unpack and repack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

Magaya is good for warehouses operating under an FTZ as it creates the reports necessary for customs filing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?

It's capabilities are pretty basic and it seems to be lacking in certain areas such as the Flow WMS app, which can only be used for receiving and picking and is unable to be used for cycle counts. The support team seems to have limited knowledge of warehouse operations and as a result we were sold add-ons before realizing that we had not been adequently set up to use them the way they were advertised. What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

With almost 2.5 decades in the export and import business, I can wholeheartedly recommend Magaya's US Customs module for your import and export. Magaya has an easy-to-use interface and a soft learning curve. Customer service is top notch and their response time is second to none. What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

I like that Magaya has the option to integrate all different areas of the international supply chain so that multiple systems can work together. What do you like best about Magaya Supply Chain?

The implementation was a breeze and customer support was there when needed. Our warehouse use it on a daily basis, there are no complaints from the clerks, they find it easy to use and very intuitive. The operation side runs smooth as well, the many features it has helps a lot with the logistics process and keeps the customer informed of where is the cargo at and what is happening with it. We did an integration with a propietary system and again customer support did a great job keeping us updated on the timeframes and deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain?

Only downside I see is the need to install the communication software on your computer, it is not a big deal, but may need to be installed by networks administratos depending on the security level of your network. I think they have plans to move it web based, which will be the only thing missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a GREAT WMS, in the end that is the base of all the shipments, if you have a strong foundation you can do everything else with relatively ease. We use it for marine shipments, in and out, inventory control and billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flow of operations from Jobs, to quotes, bookings and then shipments makes our daily job as a freight forwarder much easeir and smoother.

On the strategic side of things, Magaya isnt very easy to integrate to other softwares, what makes it hard to align with objectives and specially, makes it hard to include on live, complex data analysis.
