I set up a workflow in Clay where I was pulling in leads from a linkedin feed, but not all them were a good fit for my product. I didn't want to spend a ton of time reviewing the leads, so I pulledin MadKudu to score the leads based on my offering and man, did it deliver. The scores they are able to give you, along with the intel they have that drives that number, is really really helpful. I love how I can see the analysis on how my different leads are performing. This is incredibly helpful for our targeting. What really makes MadKudu stand apart is how I can see inside the typical blackbox (6sense) and can manipulate the scoring models as needed to ensure we have unique scoring for different regions and segments. You get a better heartbeat on your accounts and pipeline by looking at the activities and insights MadKudu provides. Dealing with thousands of accounts can be challenging and stressful at times but with Madkudu you can cut through the BS and get the information you want from the prospects who are actually interested and engaging with your product/service. A live dashboard connected to my CRM to be able to access the top prospects all in one place. Sometimes it can be time-consuming going account by account to see whose been active recently. Overall, MadKudu helps me target who I should spending my time with in a very easy fashion. While I trust what MadKudu provides, it's up to your org on how they want to provide that data to you - which can be frustrating if they are only exposing MadKudu's insights with an embedded widget within the CRM rather than provide access filter and review within MadKudu's portal itself. I really can't think of anything. If you're working a cold territory (like I am), then there may be times where you may think it doesn't work. However, for the few folks within my territory that have been 'active', then the insights seem to be spot on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how we can prioritize our leads, as it is always difficult to identify which prospects to priotize. It can also be a great tool to upsell existing customers on new products!! The bulk scoring process is clunky when you try to merge the scores with existing spreadsheets. I wish there was a way for MK to add data, rather than mess with input/output sheets that have to be manually merged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Madkudu allows more control over our data compared to other blackbox platforms.Our CS team is also incredibly supportive in making sure we're successful. There are some bugs in the platform which take some time to resolve, but the support team is quick to respond at least. There is some learning curve in taking a deeper dive into each model and trying to make improvements, but the customer success team is very hands-on in helping you learn.
