What do you like best about Lusha?

What I like best about Lusha is the ease of transferring multiple contacts info into my CRM with only a few clicks of the mouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

What I like least about Lusha, is the contact info is not always accurate. Another issue I commonly experience is when exporting a contact to the CRM I am using, the system randomly auto-populates the "lead" radio bubble, rather than "contact" bubble. If I am clicking through too quick and don't double check that, it creats a "Lead" for the person, rather than adding the person as a contact to a specific Lead/Company. What do you like best about Lusha?

The thing which I personally like to use about lusha is it's very easy to use, it almost a wide range of data which you customize according to your need with the help of their filter feasture, you can get the right contact details of the people you want to connect. What do you dislike about Lusha?

I like everything about this the only thing is it doesn't allow you access certain contacts and if you are using their free version then the cerdits are only 5 for a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lusha is perfect tool for marketing and sales department. It has always been a awesome tool for lead generation. lusha data and insight helps to cut through the noise and reach the right point of contact.It has many features properly linedup to ease your work like prospect search,list enrich and many more.This a very convinent tool for sales people. What do you like best about Lusha?

It is a very easy tool to use and the fact that is always there in the browser (with the extension installed) you can just click and use it to your liking. It is very convenient and quick. Most of the phone numbers are correct and the emais. The implementation and integration of it is very easy and quick. I use it every day.

Sometimes it hasnt got emails for everyone but you can see other collegues' and guess with it. - Now it has a feature to guess and I think it is great and helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lusha?

It gets me contact information when I need it and helps fill in missing information that ZoomInfo doesnt provide. This tools makes my life a lot easier and saves me time when prospecting and doing outreach to people. I get all the info I need from Lusha! I've notice it does a lot better job with european phone numbers compared to ZoomInfo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Sometimes it doesnt have information on a person but I don't believe any software has information on EVERYBODY. Overall great tool, but can be frusterating if you want to email/call someone and they dont have any information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saving me a lot of time from manually loading lead lists into salesforce. It gets me all the information I need when prospecting into an account. The main problem it solves is automating lead lists that would otherwise be done manually or paying a 3rd party to gather a lead list with contact information. What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted Lusha to be an upgrade from ZoomInfo - better, more accurate data with the bonus of sales intelligence to help us identify new leads with high probability of buying intent for our type of services. We found highly inaccurate data, inaccurate sales intelligence, overly complex processes and generally a waste of our time. We stopped using it fairly early on and then got whacked for another year - when we reached out to try and settle they just attacked with threatening letters and lawsuits. What do you like best about Lusha?

For me, Lusha is a game-changer when it comes to leading my team and delivering high-quality prospects at scale. I can quickly get my team prospecting with this simple platform. Using this platform I am able to easily reach my ideal customers precisely when they are ready to buy. The platform also allows seamless connection and integration of key prospects' information with my CRM and ensures data enrichment across platforms. The best part for me is the highest security and privacy standards it offers, these aspects ensure that my team’s experience is not only seamless but also highly secure. Through this platform, I gain valuable insights into my most active users which helps me boost my win rate. It was super easy to implement its tons of features efficiently. What do you dislike about Lusha?

For me, there are several significant issues with Lusha that make it a less appealing choice. The filter choices are pretty limited compared to the competition which greatly reduces its usability. The platform lacks basic functions like the inability to rename lists or filter saved leads which is quite frustrating. There is significant inaccuracy in the data provided by Lusha, with

many incorrect and missing phone numbers I was bound to opt for a more expensive plan. The UI and dashboard aren't beginner-friendly and lack many important features. Additionally, our credits ran out pretty quickly and it would be more beneficial if they provided more credits. Overall, my experience with Lusha has been disappointing due to these issues. For me, Lusha has proven to be a valuable tool for my team by providing high-quality prospects at scale accompanying faster conversions from leads to sales. The platform is pretty simple and allows me to get my team prospecting immediately and also ensures that we have access to accurate data. What truly stands out to me is the ability to gain insights into our most active users and also discover their top-searched ideal profiles, this feature heavily maximizes our sales pipeline. Overall Lusha has streamlined our prospecting process and made it easier for us to identify and reach potential decision-makers based on our ideal customer profile.
