What do you like best about Lusha?

Lusha is the sales prospecting Google extension, where you can get contact information either personal contact details or email IDs. for that specific profile. What do you dislike about Lusha?

I have no dislikes for Lusha, It's one of the best sources of contact information. It offers a free trial with 15 free credits and then you have to go for a paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lusha?

The data itself feels at parity with Apollo - not significantly better.

Certainly better than ZoomInfo.

But it does not make up for the shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Lusha does not two-way sync CRM Company / Contact ownership. Searching in their UI, you will not be able to discern if accounts or contacts are currently owned or worked.

The fix is to work between Lusha & the CRM or use a static CSV, which is not scalable with large teams.

Company ownership will override the CRM if someone does not check...which will create both duplicative effort and culture conflict.

Their support model is also terrible. During set up, I had questions about setting up an API and it took a full week to get someone on the phone for what was solved in a 15 minute call.

We've had issues with their CSV exports being sporadically formatted.

I have purchased dozens of softwares in my career and this is easily the worst experience I have had to-date.

Upon giving this exact feedback, they also do not care and said the fix would likely be at least 12 months out - top notch customer experience 😂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lusha was replacing Apollo in conjunction with a top of funnel tool we purchased to streamline cross channel outreach.

Nothing to dislike but here is a suggestion. You may include an option for users if the provided no. or mail ID is incorrect and the user should be able to update the correct details. In such case, the Lusha team should be notified and then validate the contact no. After validation, the user should be rewarded with one extra credit in lieu of.

The biggest challenge was the difficulty in connecting with people easily, or the delays when trying to reach them through a boardline. However, Lusha solved this issue for me by enabling quick connections with my prospects. This swift outreach has directly contributed to generating business for my organization. What do you like best about Lusha?

Lusha provides accurate phone numbers and email IDs. This data is pretty much useful for outreach purposes. All the phone numbers and emails are valid. I use Lusha every day to generate email IDs for my outreach purposes. Lusha can also be integrated with CRMs for the direct flow of data from Lusha to CRM. This will help in reducing time and cost. What do you like best about Lusha?

To be completely honest I don't know that there is much I like about them compared to other tools. I've been in the technology space for 18 years and they have a long way to go to compete in their market.they have no app, you can't use their product on a phone, we have found after collecting metrics that either they are 40% inaccurate or we are one unlucky customer who continues to select leads in their tool with bad data. When the rating says A, or A+ it should be accurate but it's not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

It’s a horrible experience that your product can’t be used on a phone. How are reps on the go supposed to successfully prospect?

Also, they claim their data is accurate yet we are finding 40% inaccuracy abd that's being modest. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this platform - seek out Apollo or ZoomInfo first it's a little more expensive but it's worth it when you can actually bring in revenue from the info. Lusha tricks customers in by their false claims that they are more accurate than zoom info but I call BS, they also lack transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We rely on our algorithms to constantly keep the database up to date, so inevitably, we can't guarantee 100% accuracy at all times :pray:

What do you like best about Lusha?

Our recruiting firm specializes in multi-family real estate placements. This is a vital asset that assists us when we are trying to contact potential candidates or clients. What do you like best about Lusha?

What do you like best about Lusha?

Lusha is very useful tool to find the right contacts of decision makers in any organization. The process is very fast and super easy, which saves a lot of time. The best part is, it is providing the accurate contact information which helps our sales team for outreach. All the crucial information regarding a company (like: revenue, industry, employee size, HQ), I can easily get through it, leads to reduce the time for research.Additionally, I can create separte lists and export the contacts as well. While fetching data through Linkedin profile, it would be beneficial if it will fetch the location also along with Phone number & gmail.
