I use Lumin every 2 weeks avidly and find the basic services very user friendly, effective and meet my pdf viewing, editing and signing needs. I love how it connects to Gdrive and auto syncs. I recently had issues with drive permissions and my service requests had very fast responce to confirm the issue and it was resolved within a few days. I have to create a new text box rather than being able to edit the "existing" (if it were an editable pdf). This takes me more time to line up my content to ensure its a professional document on completion. Also since its a App separate from google its another set of privacy and protection rules that take time to review and ensure are in line with our non profit needs/liabilities.
