What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

Lucky Orange is a simple tool which is easy to implement and has an easy to use interface which is simple to learn and navigate. The features which I use most regularly are the heatmapping tool and the announcements option. I would still use Google Analytics as my primary source of reporting, but being able to see at a glance engagement with key website pages, along with things like scroll depth and typical movement around a page makes it easy to identify barriers and pain points. The announcements are a nice addition which we use to promote upcoming events on the home page in a way which doesn't disturb the rest of the content. We also have the live chat available as an additional get in touch feature, although we don't respond 'live', so it's great that it has both options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

If you use it in the right way then it's a useful tool which can compliment your other reporting options. It's not a like-for-like replacement or upgrade on Google Analytics, so don't expect to rely on it for this kind of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

Lucky Orange has been a delight to use. The platform is laid out very well. The dashboard is clear and customizable. It is also mobile optimized for monitoring on the go. The platform offers monthly billing plans that are very affordable. The software has been easy to integrate with Wordpress and get going with. The customer support has also been fantastic. They responded quickly to my request and also offered a 15 minute onboarding session to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

So far there isn't much I dislike. If I had to say anything ng it would be a more robust reporting feature, even if it was just a view-only shareable link to the web dashboard that didn't require an account. It is not the most intuitive tool. I do get often get stuck while using it in terms of effectively interpreting data or sifting through the data to find what I am looking for. There are plenty of tutorials out there and support is somewhat helpful, but there is so much information it is often overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

Client success team was very helpful during onboarding - available next day for a call to discuss my goals with Lucy Orange and how we can accomplish them.

Very easy to install, just a script placed in the header.

The UI is clean and modern, compared to other competitors it is more intuitive and overall feels better.

The dynamic heatmap function is excellent, compared to other tools there are not any issues with rendering the on-page CSS - the pages appear as they should when reviewing heatmaps for insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

The GA4 integration auto connects (seemingly based on the script present on the website), which can be an issue for cases where sites use multiple GA4 scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

We've been using Lucky Orange since launching our new website a few months ago, and their service has consistently exceeded our expectations. After evaluating several heatmapping tools, Lucky Orange stood out for both their functionality and outstanding customer support. Special thanks to Audry, whose customer service has been exemplary. What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

Despite persistent issues with website session recordings, Lucky Orange demonstrated exceptional support in attempting to resolve the problem. Their representative Audry provided multiple solutions over several months while working alongside Salesforce to address the situation. Although we weren't able to find a complete resolution, Lucky Orange showed their commitment to customer satisfaction by offering a subscription discount. Notably, while competitors like Microsoft Clarity and HotJar failed to function with our site at all, Lucky Orange's heatmapping and popup survey features continue to work effectively, making them a valuable partner despite the session recording limitations. What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

The fact that there is real time monitoring of what a user is doing. Also the stats that are gathered are very good and all this for a really good price. To implement it it's just a few lines of code that you take copy paste, so that's alos great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
