"Useful Features, But Pricing Needs Improvement"

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

I like using Lucky Orange for heat maps, chat, and page landings, as it helps me see where people need help. I really appreciate seeing live updates on traffic because it tells me which people are coming from external links. The initial setup was easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
