One of my favorite features is the social media listening tool in Arabic, in which the AI can understand different arabic dialects. This helps my business see customer viewpoints and opinions easily and efficiently without complex input. I think the tool is capable of listening to all kinds of conversations that enable brands to really connect with their audience on a deeper level; Lucidya can analyze over 15 Arabic dialects and present all the metrics that a brand needs to develop a meaningful experience, especially for Arabic customers.
