Our customer segment love to express their opinion on social media, we don't have problems getting insights from our English speaking countries, however Arabic speaking countries were tricky since we couldn't find a tool that truely captures our customers feelings and actual openion until we signed with Lucidya. This helps my business see customer viewpoints and opinions easily and efficiently without complex input.
