Lou has most of the required onboarding features such as tooltips, modals, product tours. I particularly like how easy it was to set up everything. They have a default theme design area, so i didn't need to fuss too much over individual designs. Overall very clean interface and easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It will be great if LOU has a onboarding checklist feature. That's one of the key elements in a product onboarding. Another feature needed would be deeper analytics on the user behaviour and user segments, similar to the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
