Lou's tour builder is powerful, easy and flexible. The analytics they offer help reveal what is working and what is not and provide concrete steps to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some tricks to getting Lou's popups to attach to certain kinds of url structures like unique uids on modal windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was surprised by how well thought out the product is. If you want to add product highlights, user guiding, onboarding, or even announcements on the app or website, then Lou is the app to try out.
Here are the few things I really like:
- The features are great and just enough to get you started
- The limits are generous ... they track on active users, not page views, which is great!
- The way to create the highlights and announcements are really easy with the Chrome extension
- The UX and product seem solid so far, and that deserves my 5 tacos!
Overall, it's an awesome product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the app didn't work with a framework but that's not a fault of the products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It just works very well, the interface is easy to use, and there are plenty of features to create what you need.
And it's constantly improving, last month they release the Checklist feature that it's awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The browser extension seems heavy and it gets very slow sometimes. I think it's because it works heavily on the page DOM, but still I hope it will be improved soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we don't need to depend on engineering after the initial setup — this allows us to experiment more without having dependencies on engineering resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't happen often, but the Chrome extension that is needed to work with Lou can cause confusion sometimes, and that can slow us down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
