What do you like best about Loopio?

I really like how Loopio allows me to always have an answer ready for RFIs, RFPs, and questions from prospects. The capability to upload questionnaires directly from prospects and then fill them out is extremely convenient and efficient, significantly reducing the time I spend on these tasks. This feature is invaluable as it gives me back a ton of hours to focus on other important activities. The historical information feature is another aspect I appreciate; it is incredibly helpful as it allows new team members or anyone who joins in to quickly understand previous answers used and even see the percentage of their usage, which streamlines the training and onboarding process. Reviews structure has room for improvement. The filtering on searches in Loopio is very limited. It also has limited reporting and user behaviour audits, and I find the filtering on reporting within the tool quite limited.
