Importing, exporting, and formatting present several challenges. For certain types of documentation, it can be complicated to assign the correct question and answer sections. Additionally, when exporting to Excel, the formatting and images are not preserved, which results in extra work to restore them.
There is also a lack of project admin rights. With many contributors working remotely, project admins do not have the ability to complete tasks or reviews on behalf of a specific person, even if that person has already finished their assigned questions or reviews. This limitation has become a significant source of frustration for many users.
