My colleagues and I use Loopio primarily as a knowledge base engine, as it helps us streamline the process of managing our common responses to quotes and finding quick-language for last-minute marketing needs. The intuitive and simple-to-use search engine is one of its best features; navigating through large amounts of textual information is uncomplicated - which says a lot, as we have a large knowledge base! The metadata features which describe authorship and volume of use are handy for us and saves us from having to manually add these details. If we were using Google Docs, for example, we'd be taking extra time (and would need to remember to do it). This automation of metadata with details such as authorship, update history, usage frequency, and unique referencing IDs saves us a lot of time. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools we use, like Teams and Filecamp, making it a cohesive part of our workflows.
