What do you like best about LogRocket?

I love the way it allows us to integrate in our web or native apps. I have been using it since more than 3 years including my previous organisation and we never had to look for any other product for error reporting. Its easy to implement in any app and use it.

It can also be integrated with slack so whenever there is an issue or error, you get alert on slack.

You can view the whole journey of user for your app. It records the user's session but great thing is that it hides the private information like password, credit card, etc. which makes it more trustable. I am using it almost every day to ensure my app is bug free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

I am using free version of it because I felt its expensive. For 10k session, it cost $350/month or $3500/year which could be expensive for early stage startups.

Maybe if logrocket team can increase the quota on free tier from 1000 session/month to 2000 session, that would be awesome for an early stage startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket makes it incredibly easy to search for and find the exact user session you need, which is crucial for providing fast and effective support. As a non-technical user, I found it very intuitive and user-friendly - it was simple to learn and adopt right away. The data it provides is insightful and essential to our operations, allowing us to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise. By enabling us to maintain optimal performance, LogRocket helps us deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensures we can operate smoothly without disruptions. What do you dislike about LogRocket?

The only downside is the time limit on how far back you can playback recordings. However, this rarely impacts us since we don’t often need to access sessions from that long ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

I love being able to replay user sessions as videos. It's really easy to scrub through videos, play at different speeds, see when users switch tabs, implement custom events, etc. I often filter sessions using the custom saved segments or by sessions where users visit a specific URL. Very nimble! I use it almsot every day. I present a weekly summary of usage to our team that summarizes everything I see in LogRocket for the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

We use AG Grid in our product and the charts don't render. It's not a big issue but it doesn't make it a little harder to understand what our customers are seeing and info they're responding to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

Honestly, the core features or purpose of Logrocket, which is related to UX, debugging user-related issues and digging into users, engage with our product. Outside of LogRocket's core offering, I truly appreciate the many articles, and tutorials that they produce surrounding the more user-facing technologies used today.

Their dashboard UI is easy to understand for non-tech folks. Additionally, their SDKs are very easy to implement and they provide great documentation and support.

I use LogRocket frequently to keep tabs on user behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

I can't recall running into any specific issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

I appreciate the session replay function of LogRocket. Not only can I search particular actions, such as rage clicks, dead links, or user paths, I can watch them in real time, honing in on the user experience. This allows my team to investigate not only functional/technical issues, but also strategize design enhancements to the website to continually improve our user experience. The implimentation process was simple and there's a good amount of documentation available to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

The main issue we have is the data not archiving/being accessible after a month. This does hurt us when we need to benchmark data and track issues. It would be helpful if we could access user sessions even 6 months back. I also wish there was some sort of LogRocket academy hub or trainings accessible to users instead of just a library of documentation which can be dense to read through. What do you like best about LogRocket?

We do really appreciate Logrocket's technical support. It is important to get qualified help while ongoing integration of the product, and it was our first coincidence, implementation took us one working day, as it just few lines of code. We do also think that Logrocket has best in-class UI/UX, which provides easy, reliable and fast filtering by custom events, our product needs it and can't perform without it. We use Logrocket every day, and i can say with confidence that we enjoy it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

When we started using logrocket, there was no native support for cross-platform libraries, especially React Native, so we forced to write work-around for it. But luckily for us, in our request they implemented this support, and now we are happy users of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

We regularly use LogRocket for error monitoring and to track various events on our site. The error monitoring feature of LogRocket has helped us many times to find edge cases and bugs that weren't caught during testing and the session replay feature let's us easily recreate the issue. Along with this, we also use LogRocket as a way to do product analytics. The charts and dashboards present in LogRocket allow us to easily understand feature use and user retention. LogRocket is extremely easy to integrate with our website and we we're able to get it up and running in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

Sometimes LogRocket can be a little challenging to understand if you're a new user but the LogRocket team is extremely helpful and they even had interactive sessions with us to help us understand the product better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(Original )Information
What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket has been our first session recording and front-end analytics tool, and honestly we have been blown away by its capabilities and ease of use. It has solved one of our biggest problems till-date: "How to know what users are doing and when they face an issue, how do we replicate it without repeatedly requesting a meeting with them".

As of now, our entire team is using LogRocket - starting right from CS analyzing account usage and attaching exact moment in time when an issue occurs (Love this about the share button btw), right down to the Engg. team using the Console and Inspect element, to essentially land into the user's machine at that point of time to triage and figure out what was going on. What do you dislike about LogRocket?

I think the layout and UX could be improved a bit. It takes a while for a new user to get accustomed to the lay of the land, too many controls visible at all times. There should be a way to hide some controls that I don't use/need and save that setting for my login.

Also, I absolutely don't like the fact that we can't extend our session retention without upgrading our plan to a much higher level. That has been a huge pain point for us, because often, from when an issue occurs to when a developer gets to work on that, it has been >30 days and the session is lost. This gets us back to the stone age way of trying to replicate the issue by calling the customer or keep trying ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket has made it extremely easy for me to observe our users, understand how they use our platform, find areas of opportunity, and understand points of friction. It's super simple to segment users to find the sessions I want to watch, and the playback function is so easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

Nothing is particularly UNhelpful, however, I wish I could take a note at a specific time, so I could more easily log my observations. Right now I am taking manual notes and logging the timestamp with the session URL so I can come back when needed. I would also love to be able to download session videos to put in slide decks and other presentable materials to more effetively share with other team members. What do you like best about LogRocket?

For both marketing and product analytics, LogRocket is second to none in my opinion. What used to literally take 10 different tools is now consolidated into the one platform and LogRocket is all I need for both areas of monitoring user behavior and prospective purchaser behavior. It's amazing that it does both of those things so well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

There is nothing I dislike about LogRocket, it accomplishes everything I used to do with 10 different tools and the fact that it's in one platform helps me track across a bunch of different areas and connect it all. It's awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
