What do you like best about Logi Symphony?
The team is always ready to help you, we really enjoyed working with them. Logi Analytics is in this market for many years and they are all experienced in customer needs. What do you like best about Logi Symphony?
Our firm partnered with Exago to provide BI and tooling for our cloud-first application (aPaaS) platform. Our DevOps continue to find ways to leverage to toolsets and enhance our offerings as Exago continues to release new versions and solutions. What do you dislike about Logi Symphony?
We have not found a lot to "dislike". Exago's customer success team and their DevOps are always available to our requests and even enhancement ideas. Exago's leadership are solid and honest business people, which makes our relationship successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logi Symphony?
- We have a great working relationship with Exago. They listen to our needs and help us to solve issues. Response time via their online support system is great. And when we've run into issues, they devote the time or resources needed to resolve them.
- They release new features several times a year - the product is always changing and becoming more feature-rich.
- Exago allows us to provide canned reports to address our customers' common reporting needs AND give them the power to create their own reports.
- We decide and control when we will take a new release of the Exago software.
- We were able to customize the display so that customers using the German and Spanish versions of our software see it in their native language rather than English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Logi Symphony?
Our data set is very large so response time in opening and running reports is a little slower than we'd like. Exago informed us that an upcoming release will contain performance enhancements that should address these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
