The solution allow us and our customers to build intelligence that helps to understand as well as drive business objectives. User interface is easy to use which helps in creating content very quickly. Absolutely love the real-time data analytics interactive dashboards that can be created as well as the standard reporting. User interface can be picked up quickly which is a real treat. Their website has a ton of training materials including how to videos, podcasts, etc... and the support team has been phenomenal. The inheritence of security profile from the HRIS which make it easy to apply proper user capabilities for employee, manager and SME portal. The possibility to use a myriad of reference formulas in cells of columns and rows such as in Excel which could be suppressed (hidden), increases the capacity and makes effecient the control and validation of HR KPI's.The scheduler is another feature I like and which we use to automatically send predefined reports in Excel to specific recipients in a specific frequency and date. Not exactly a dislike but the .NET API documentation could do with some more usage scenarios. All the bits and bobs are there but some help with getting them together for advanced use cases would be great. I guess this is not easy due to the different needs of the client environments. I began developing within LogiAnalytics software in 2007, and, despite several job changes between then a now, have spent more time using this software than any other. I have also served as an administrator for nearly all of that time. In both of these capacities, I have developed everything from simple, web-based reports through dashboarding and Analytics, to building mission-critical, enterprise-level applications, as well as configuring and maintaining user-driven data exploration environments.
LogiAnalytics solutions have been a pleasure to work with. Whenever I have gotten stuck, I have found that the documentation - both within the IDE and on-line - is incredibly helpful and intuitive, as have the support staff.
Interestingly, when presented with a new requirement - as happened just a couple of months ago - I inevitably stumble across an element that fits the bill nicely, and that was there all along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a tough question. It would be nit-picking, but passing parameters from one report to another, or from one process to another, can sometimes be troubling. That said, I have never had an instance where I was not able to get the information that I needed relatively easily.
My only overarching concern is that when using software that is so intuitive and that allows for such rapid deployment of pretty much anything that an organization may need, I have had to become very cognizant of users wanting features simply because they can be achieved and not necessarily because they should be achieved.

Our company started using Exago about 1 year ago. I have worked with them to create custom reports and I am very happy with the results. I worked with Nick and he is amazing. He is quick to understand our requirements, make suggestions to make the report better and meets the deadlines.
