We went for an All-In-One because the merchant we follow with my agency needed a custom data migration that was quite complex, the level of the customer support was really excellent, and the same for their tech skills, because all the customizations needed during the migration process were basically satisfied. The only challenging part about working with them was the time zone difference. We're based in the US on the east coast, and our contacts at LitExtension were based in Vietnam, which was exactly a 12-hour time difference. This was a little challenging because by the time we started working in the morning, they had signed off, and vice versa. Your service hours don't coincide with our working hours, which was certainly a challenge, but it's understandable and not your fault. Their DEVs have great response time and are keen to help with custopmization and migration of advanced features.

Only thing we noticed that was new is that they have sepparate plugin for password migration.
