it's great that customers are able to leave ratings about the individual items in their orders, which as a result can encourage new/existing customers to try those items. the customer support are also great for sending over any reviews to be amended, and action this relatively quickly. the only negative about lipscore would be the rating selection, as we have a lot of customers incorrectly selecting negative reviews. if the buttons were bigger/clearer for customers to choose, that would definitely help. overall though amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
