What do you like best about Lipscore?

What do you like best about Lipscore?

At Telia Finland we are very pleased to collaborate with Lipscore for our needs regarding ratings, reviews and general customer satisfaction understanding. The CX data, being both quantitative and qualitative, provides us valuable insight to our purchase flow, delivery process and product portfolio. I love how readily customers now leave reviews because Lipscore make it so easy for them to do so! I received more reviews in the first 3 months of using Lipscore than I have in 10 years with other feedback mechanisms! Customer Service is splendid - responsive, they listen and respond efficiently! it's great that customers are able to leave ratings about the individual items in their orders, which as a result can encourage new/existing customers to try those items. the customer support are also great for sending over any reviews to be amended, and action this relatively quickly. the only negative about lipscore would be the rating selection, as we have a lot of customers incorrectly selecting negative reviews. if the buttons were bigger/clearer for customers to choose, that would definitely help. overall though amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
