LinkSquares Pros and Cons

The interface is user friendly and I like the tags used for organization instead of folders. I also like the add-in that connects to Microsoft Word to easily save new versions when drafting. The only less than positive experience I've had thus far is in the very beginning of us using LinkSquares, our contracts were very unorganized, messy and difficult to categorize. When we put them in LinkSquares, there was a lot of our messiness that carried over into the system. This was prior to LinkSquares having smart tagging. It required us to manually go through and look at each contract and tag it appropriately. It was a lot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LS has helped our legal group streamline the contract process with sales, track correspondences and store/search effortlessly. They have great support from both online and with our Customer Success Manager Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI appears to still be very rudimentary. I find myself having to make the same corrections over and over to scanned documents. I suspect this will remedy in time, though, and it is such a minor inconvenience that I don't truly mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
