LinkSquares Pros and Cons

We have signed up to LS Analyze. Such a game changing and easy to use tool. It will supercharge our legal function. The support from LS is 2nd to none too!

Standout Features and/or Strengths:

3. Easy and super quick uploading and AI analyzing (with Smart Tags) of contracts

4. Amazing and very friendly and informative training

Main Issues or Weaknesses: To be honest, there really aren't any, but if I had to offer a few I would say they are:

1. Cost of adding bespoke Smart Tags/Fields

2. Cost of adding additional administrators vs standard users

Easy to locate a contract and easy to use software. Great customer service - Joe and his team at LinkSquares are great to work with and are always available to answer questions. The use of tags allows you to search for contracts by more than just the name of the contract. I also really like being able to link contracts. The LinkSquares team has been highly communicative and responsive to our questions and issues throughout the process. The product is generally quite intuitive and easy to work with, but whenever we've had minor issues the team has been ready to jump in and provide further input. The way that the LinkSquares Analyze, Finalize, and Clause Library products interact with each other will simplify and improve our contracting process.

We have been particularly impressed with LinkSquares' reporting functionality, which has allowed us to easily seek out contractual language we've used previously. It's intuitive and quick to use.

We've also been impressed with the continued addition of new features and improvements to the platform, particularly with respect to the updates and improvements of the dynamic language functionality in Finalize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we've worked on adding our initial contracts to the LinkSquares system, there have been a couple of very minor functionalities that would be nice to have to help us better sort through our backlog of contracts, but there haven't been any major issues. LinkSquares has been responsive to the issues we bring up and have indicated that certain fixes for some of these minor issues will be rolled out in future versions of the product. The functionality is comprehensable. My legal team is able to use it for a mulititude of supportive tasks to run our department efficiently.
