Sales Nav is easy to use and is worth the price as it helps to find out the decision makers and send messages without even connecting with them. It help alot in prospecting and has advanced features to filter out the leads. The intergation is seamless so is the implementation. It is used on a daily basis for prospecting and reachout. The Sales Navigator is extremely helpful for targeted prospecting. Features such as job changes, previous employers, or role in the company are beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Partially not intuitive. Exporting leads to a CRM tool is only possible via Evaboot, which adds another cost. Additionally, the monthly fee for the tool is really quite high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In theory, there's lots of useful features on the platform to find leads and accounts you're interested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

After paying USD 120, I've been unable to conduct effective lead search. After 5-10 different lead searches, my ability to find leads get auto-blocked by the platform. Customer support is not helpful. In fact, they are asking for screenshots that contain sensitive information, which is probably illegal to ask for. This makes the platform useless for the purpose it is marketed for (sales - you can't do sales without lead search). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
