Part of my roles involves Lead generation and cold outreach. I enjoy using Sales Navigator to get accurate updated information on prospects LinkedIn activity and recent job changes. These are regularly updated and thus applying these filters makes it easy, in regular intervals, to determine who will likely respond to my InMails or connection attempts on LinkedIn. I don't like that in Sales Navigator, you don't get options to filter leads by the associated accounts' filters like revenue size and employee size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Advanced filters like industry, company size, seniority level, etc, makes it easier to find the exact type of leads I need.
2. InMail messaging feature helps in messaging prospect with whom we are not even connected.
3. Integration with CRM like Salesforce and ZoomInfo in my case was quite easy.

1. Maximum InMail messages we can use per month with LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription is 150 per month, which is quite low.

It's a sales person's delight. The tool is a core/ must-have for all in a sales team - SDR, AE, AM, Team elads. The ability to map accounts, see buyer's intel for your focus accoutns, intelligent account maps, and so much more makes a sales person's job easy and reduces manual work. As a lead generator, I always appreciate LinkedIn Sales Navigator's user-specific filters. Since I need to find industry-specific leads to fulfill my company requirements, I can customize filters like job title, industry, company size, location, and seniority level to get precise leads. Although LinkedIn Sales Navigator provides a considerable number of prospects, sometimes it gives irrelevant prospects who do not have any verified email which is disappointing for a lead generator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Innovation, Lack there of! - I used SalseNav for at least 6+ years and since then the only innovation they come out with is limiting features on plans, pushing you to move to one of their higher plans. Aside from buyer personas, there is no true innovations that came out. Instead, widgets are now taken away, and you must upgrade. Or, exports have been taken away, so you need to buy other tools to push data into your CRM, and and and....
Hubspot integration - For Hubspot all you (of course must first upgrade to the highest plan there is), and of that you also only get the option to filter out your customers and nothing of more true value. Their main focus really only lies on Salesforce. and even that integration has its limits.
Customer support+ Account Management is non existent - appreciate we are a small company, but when I email our account manager about queries, I get a reply weeks later. The only time of the year they reach out is for a renewal.
Connection between SalesNav + Ads is also non existent - it would be perfect if you could build target lists on SalesNav and leverage them on the Ad portal... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales Navigator very much optimised when it comes to its valid user and profiles, It is easy to use and understand to any new user It also help you find jobs and helping enthusiat to learn online through linkedin learning , It is easy to set up & implement as per usage and requirement of LeadGen campaigns I use linkedin Sales navigator almost everyday as y daily driver, it is also easy to integrate with other tools like salesforce which really help me in my organisation and having premium subscription customer support is always helpful and ensure that queries are entertained at the earliest. It didn't allow to put multiple search query and treats multiple filters as abuse of the filter it also comes to terminating IDs at times which i feel linkedin should work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linkendln Sales Navigator has help me in every way to find potential leads, I have come accross many tool, but this tool is something that give an accurate profile of a particular contact. For example i was searching for a person in a particular department for a company, It did not take me much time to find the right profile. I would higly recommed this tool. It would be impossible to find great access to people in specific roles in companies, but LI Navigator does just that! It's easy to use, and simple to go to the individual's LI profile. If just mining for contacts, it's great! I always have it pulled up on my browser, so it's available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every once in awhile there's a person who's changed companies but didn't update their LI profile, but that's on the person, not LI. If you don't pay for a more premium subscription your direct messaging is limited, but there's always an option to increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advanced Search Filters: It's like having X-ray vision for leads. I can pinpoint exactly who I need by drilling down with granular filters like company size, industry, job title, seniority level, even keywords in their profile.
