Limble provided a way for our company to proactively track our fleet for scheduled maintenance. It also provided a way to reference maintenance records all in one location. We now have a streamlined, organized process to maintain our fleet and equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside is when we have a user request for an oil change, we have to address that request separately from the PM Work Order that we generate to track mileage. Although you can update mileage when closing out a service request work order, it would be much easier if we could attach the service request to a PM work order and close it all together. Starting from the beginning, I spoke with Adrina Barela. She was very happy to help and explained absolutely everything to me. She radiates the attitude of a winner and wants companies to win with Limble. She had multiple demo's with us along the time and has been very keen on ensuring that we get the most out of our partnership. We purchased Limble and from that moment i have been building our assets and inventory, I have not used a CMMS as simple as Limble. Its actually great, not in a review manner but in a real world manner. From having no scheduling to being able to schedule, plan, asses our inventory and directly assign tech's to jobs it has streamlined our maintenance task. The least helpful things about Limble is hard to describe, not because a lack of words but because there isn't much. The only gripe I would have is that for premium plus owners it shows things that show the money symbol and the moment you click on it it says "This feature is only available for our enterprise users" or something along those lines. Our old maintenance software had too much "fluff". Information that was not needed - had to be entered to create a work order. Limble is straight and to the point. My maintenance team love the ease at reading work orders I've printed for the days schedule.

The flexibility, no doubt. You can make this software work for any situation, the only limit is your imagination… seriously lol. So easy to use that I was able to get folks of all ages and back spun up on it. Once you figure it out it’s so easy to set up! Also… live customer support all day? Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs. What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager Ciro Cuellar. His approaching is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage. His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system. Ease of use for sure - we've been very pleased with the "set it and forget it" aspect of the PM templates. I would love to see more options for widget creation. Once you choose what you'd like to report on, the options change. What I like most about Limble CMMS is its user-friendly interface. We're building our Preventative Maintenance program from scratch and moving our maintenance team from pen and paper to Limble.
